During the presentation "How to Build a Company Image Based on the Personal Brand of the Leader", journalist Jarosław Kuźniar, known from the radio, press, television, and recently also increasingly from the Internet, said that care for the image and the skilful promotion of one's successes is very important in the context of developing businesses.

- That's what the Symbol programme was created for. Today, we have gathered here companies, enterprises, universities and institutions that are characterised by the development of modern technologies, the highest quality, innovation, effective management, business support and the synergy of science and business. Because these factors are the most important - emphasised Jakub Lisiecki, editor-in-chief of "Monitor Biznesu" in Rzeczpospolita and "Monitor Rynkowy" in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, during his speech.

During this year's edition, the award committee awarded over 60 entities from various industries, most of which were enterprises, and about 1/3 - winners from the world of science. The  recipients of the awards have often emphasised that it is effective management, innovation, development and the synergy of science and business that are the best motivator for their hard work.

The evening was crowned with a charming concert by Magda Steczkowska, a Polish pop singer, songwriter and session musician. Her latest album SERIALOVE features cult songs that have been presented in unusual arrangements. During the ceremony, guests also had the opportunity to see an exhibition of photos by Marcin Skorupski. The artist originates from Bielsko-Biała and has been documenting the beauty of the world using his camera for the last for 15 years.
